Anyways. My last paper was on 18th. but i got back to Klang only evening of 19th. cos dear Dr. Fern requested for a last minute meeting. it's not a bad, bored type. Cos You know, she is that amazing and she has her own style. Sooo our generation! :DD Haha.


Anyways. It's holiday people. First of all, Happy Chinese New Year dear friends and family. Not like i'm celebrating nor is my family. Just, some of them are already my family, get it!? :) Just take care of yr health and yrself and your safety whenever and wherever you are. I know the temptations of festivities, but please do control yr food consumption. Control yr excitement, be patient and considerate too. :) Oh yeah, if you're sick, do take extra caution and also take medicine, arasso? 


:) Hm i forgot what i'm supposed to say. Just wanna tell you guys actually that i will be kinda free. With meetings and some presentation and extra project to work on, if U want to meet up, do call me up! Old frenzies esp. Did you know how much I missed you!??? :)) I've one trip planned and going to work this coming wednesday and thursday. Oh not to forget our 'Makan Besar' tomolo in BBQ Land, hurray!! :))

Cos i still have and use my heart U-know? Although some people had recently showed their blatant stupidity with the ridiculousness of their thoughts and thinking. *anger*

Random-ity of Life!

So. there goes my perfect study plan. the supposed to be (24x5) hours full of study and revising when mommy decided to take half-day leave from work and fetch me up from college. I should've expected this to happen. LOL a free vacation. And mmg totally book free! :D Yeah.


And no. It's just a random travelling. Non-planned. No special place to visit. Simply going at will. yeah. Cos daddy suddenly decided it's fun to do that. Back-packing konon. last-last everybody pun skipped work! :DD haha. For 3 days! :) That's epic! But NICE! :DDD
Not much of shopping. Seriously we were acting like a very carefree people. Walking without any aims and just walk and talk and chat like we're the happiest, free-est people on Earth! :) 


But that's really are good 72 hours + xx hours of travelling! :)

So yes. Believing is one thing. Believing is an essential step to take before U can hold and keep a faith. Faith is faith. Believing/Trusting is main component of faith. Faith is the core, the bigger and most essential things. U need to have a faith on someone /something /some power and some anything. When U believe, then only U may see it. It's hard to say it and to explain it. LOL i'm random and i came out with all this phrases and things randomly that leads to creation of such phrases .. But yeah. That's what i'm feeling.

And lately. Hm. Altho it's non-essential and firstly, i would like to warn U people to not follow what I am doing. But, yeah. I'm talking about the AKTF thing! :DD

But Time doesn't stop, does it? It keeps on ticking and moving and nobody can stop it. And how on Earth U know whether U have enough or someone had more than enough?
Cos it never will be enough of something, to us.. human, will it? Just like how we can't stop breathing and how do we say that we have enough air to breathe each time? 
      It's very difficult isn't it? Just like how difficult it is to think and to write down whatever U think on a piece of paper and to ensure that each of your messages will be perfectly understood by your readers. 

And I believe that as long as we live, we can never get enough of something. Cos that's how and why GOD Created us. 

He creates us to search and find answers, to look for questions and to never stop finding. 

Finding WHAT? that is for U to find out! :)

Dari Dulu :)

Dulu. Masa zaman dulu-dulu. Dulu-dulu bila kita still muda remaja a.k.a fasa baru nak UP, friendship always become a main focus. Something that is kononnya something we most treasure la cos kawan is everything. U know all that right? where we feel the needs of having someone by our side : to mengutuk/gossip/spazzing/loving and hating together.? And bagi kita.. Kawan is the only person who will and is understanding us the most and whom essential for everything we did in life. Sampai pergi toilet masa class pun nak kawan temankan eventhough toilet tu is just like 2 m away. WOW! :) 
How great. 


After few years of searching and of course la through experience, knowledge, observations, etc. People change. Everything change. Friend comes and go. Some stay while the other, macam dissapears. Even the best and closest pun, some of them, whenever terserempak ke, buat tak kenal. Like we were total strangers. Macam tak pernah even nampak muka before. Kalau dulu, seboleh mungkin, baju pun nak pinjam kawan punya. All the personal items pun willing to share. Tp after few years/moments of not meeting, rasa like a total strangers. Even a brief smile pun tak nak tunjuk. *WT~~ Fish to all of them.* 


Kalau dulu, cari kawan nak yang cool, happening, fun to be with. kawan-kawan yang gila-gila and super hyper and memang 'enter water' type. Tak salah actually. Its UP to U! Macam mana pun, the person U can click well with, itu la the person U will stick to honestly. Dulu tak fikir panjang. What we want is just to be happy. To enjoy life kan? Tak salah pun. Depends on U la. Ur life! Bagi kita, nak cari kawan yang betul, yang akan bersama at all times. Tp, the definition of it... We make it on our own. Sebab pemikiran kita berbeza. We might have think of the same thing, but the way we apply and does things are different so, hasilnya berbeza. 

Bukan la nak kata, I choose a wrong person to be my friend(s). Hm, the same thing does happened to me. But, itu LUMRAH ALAM kan? Manusia. They are species that is subjected to evolution, changes non-stop over time. unstoppable and unpredicted. 

Ingat lagi kat some of my friends. Pernah la, macam he and she become someone I HATED THE MOST on that year. Honest BENCI! Jenis kebencian yang kalau dia berada 5m away from U, u macam hyperventilate, macam U r having some kind of respiratory depression that makes U go 50m away from every angle. Tapi, just because of one tiny, unexplainable acts, they have now become one of the most important, closest friends and indeed, is one of the person U needed the most. 

Ada pula some friends, they are the closest. Selalu gak slumber party sama-sama. Share top secrets, the best inner circle, the best of friend of all time la kononnya. Tp after a year of not meeting, terus macam change macam a rapid mutation has occur. Kalau jumpa pun, rasa macam strangers. And tetiba pula we can't PDA-ing. I mean like when U meet a long lost friend, *1 year ++ of not meeting*, hugging is like 'essential'. But tetiba plak kena labelled as Lesbo just because of that act is totally .... Yeah, U know what I'm gonna say but i'll keep everything a PG here! ;) 

Actually tak sure sangat why am I typing this long. And i have sooooooooo many more to write, but yeah... Assignments berlambak. And kena study like super duper Saiya. Anyhow, rasa sangat thankful for certain friends today. We've known for only a short while but U make me experience lots of things and expose and make me do things I have never done and experienced before. Of course, in a good way. 

Betulla kan. We all learn from another person. Just how we take the teaching, depends on our own thinking. Tapi, I really appreciate and rasa sangat terharu , honestly.

Watched Transformers 3 : The Dark Moon yesterday! =) A FantaBulous, Amazing, Awesome story! Action packed, more awesome effects, better cast and awesome plot! And of all the trilogy, I love the third movie the most! ^^ Honestly am! And what can I say, it’s just friggin awesome! J

Optimus Prime! =)

Oh btw, NO Megan Fox in this movie! Whyy? Honestly, I did not knowwww! xD Go check yourself. I am no fans of her either. And honestly I watch and love the movie cos the movie itself not cause of some hot, sexy chick in there ;) Oh, the third movie cast : Shea Lebauf, Josh Duhamel (OMG Major Lennox, U are just so HOT!) and new actress à Rosie Huntington! Who is she?? I don’t really know but she’s one of Victoria Secret’s top Model! She’s sexy, nice body and nice hair.. Also personally I think she’s much much much moreeee beautiful than the old girl! Hehehe. No offence intended! ~

Now back to the story.. I seriously love this one. Why? Cos honestly it has more complicated plot with some twist, trick, secret, mischief here and there somewhere, better action *the battle is The Bomb*, more serious action *more mature n not too fiction, also more Human feelings*, much more real. More elements of humanity like loyalty, faith, betrayal, friendship, courage, love, care against the evil forces due to greed, lust, betrayal, desperation and all that. See, even robots have feeling, know? But it’s truly the bomb! I almost cried I tell yuuuu! xD Almost! And I cried when watching the 2^nd movie cos of Optimus Prime’s and Sam’s *death*.. !~

So basically, this last movie of the trilogy is about against Decepticons’ mission in taking over and destroying the Earth. And to bring Cybertron over to the world and it revealed on how the Human itself betray their own race for their greed and also to possess power of their own. Decepticons seems to be winning actually! And middle of the story when Autobots leave the Earth, Decepticons attacks and cause destruction of a whole big city of Chicago! Seriously U should watch this! It’s cool and awesome! It looks so real and we can really feel the despair and fear and anxiety because its technically impossible for Human to gain military help or whatsoeva and the chances of winning is apparently lower than zero due to the fact that the Autobots are…. ****???**** and the number and capabilities of weaponry of Decepticons even exceeded the highest tech of human race!

Whatever, whatever! Just go and watch it okie? This is the last movie and one of the must watch movie of a decade soooo .. Go, araso? J Gosh! U know what, I will go and watch again for the 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th to nth time.. Cos its really cekap and the bomb! =) Hahaha!

Oh another thing special about this trilogy was that Michael Bay always chooses songs from Linkin Park *my favorite band* as the theme songs of each of the movie! To think of it, I think that’s totally a brilliant choice cos the energy, meaning and feel of the song totally fit and synchronized well with the meaning, plot and messages send through the movie! For this third movie, Linkin Park’s Iridescent was chosen as the theme song! Do check it out!~

New Experience

I went to UKMMC Counselling Week yesterday. Was in-charge of BMI Measurement and als give some help on BP section! 

Actually, I’m very lazy and reluctant U know cos U have to wake up veryyy early and go through a long hours of traffic jam before U reach the hospital. But when I start doing my job.. Gosh! It gives the most pleasant and nicest feeling ever! XD I found some patient are quite inquisitive and kind of likes to ask of soooo many infos.

And some are very particular of things!! They want us to measure their height and weight for like 2,3 times cos they are not satisfied and because the measurement is different from what they had previously! Some even came back few hours later and redo all test.. Not only BMI, as well as BP, glucose, etc. Its entertaining actually! J Hehe. U can see how people is... Even kids came for the check up. But sorry la adik! Most of the machines cannot be used for children below 12 la! Hehe. 

Sooo with full of patience and kind and care and generosity, I answered all their Qs with tenderness, love and care (TLC) !! Hahaha. And just layan them as good as I can! Its very exhausting really but when my shift ended that evening, I feel so sad and reluctance to go back pula! Hahaha. Ottoke? Oh yeah not to forget, there are even few who asked Qs about the machines too! But.. I know only in technical parts!!! Soo,.. I kinda blurts out in the so-called ‘alien language’ and they stared at me back blankly.. And i was like feel embarassed and stop explaining and even try very extremely hard to HUMAN-ised my explanation!! :D Haha.

I really wish to go there and do it again! I know I will do it everyday soon especially after my graduation. But.. I dunno how to describe but what I can tell is that I LOVE This feeling soooo much! J

Disease and Health

From a study conducted for the past few years including 2011, it was found that CVS (Cardiovascular Disease) is the major cause of death and is the main disease suffered by NOT only Malaysian, but people worldwide. CVD includes heart attack, stroke, myocardial infarction, COPD (chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), etc.

Besides CVD, other main global, toplisted diseases are malignant disease (cancer and tumours), hypertension, diabetes mellitus. We are concerned on things like "Stop Animal Abuse", "Safe the Environment", "NO Plastic Bag Campaign", "NO Smoking Campaign", etc.

Altho I might say. Er, no I definitely supported the NO SMOKING CAMPAIGN cos obviously and it is of absolute certainty that smoking is one of the major contributing factor of the development of incurable chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease and even cancer. U know rite that the smoke stick or also called the 'cancer stick' is a most widely used carcinogens yet, although knowing it, U choose to be ignorant and just taking it. And yes, please do practice special precautions like not being near those smokers whenever they smoke and avoid being at places where people randomly and freely smoking cos... Because My Dear, being secondary @ passive smokers exposed U to approximately 2 times greater chances of developing those chronic diseases than being an active smoker themselves. So? YEAH! Let’s fight for our rights! For our Health! For our life! :D Its just as important as it is to save the world cos honestly whats the point of U saving the world when there are too many sick, ill people living on it rite? Rite rite?

Other than smoking, alcohol appears to be another main cause of this disease as well. It is if taken in excess will causes damage to many organs especially liver! And, not only that ok? Alcohol will totally and greatly affect the sanity of ur mind and it is after all, major reason of many social problems. So? I know Alcohol and SMOKE/CIGARETTE is kind of common things. U despised DRUGS right? But these two items brings the similar adverse effects and damage just as that as drug!... So? *Think about it*

Anyways, as I was saying. We often neglected things related to our health. We thought that by practicing healthy lifestyle like taking healthy food, drink more water, no random sex and all that will prevent yourselves from getting all these diseases. But I must say, it does not truly help cos basically body works on its own. Altho U looked physically healthy and fit, it does not mean that U are totally healthy. There is more to that. I know U might feel bored with this phrase already but it is very true that "PREVENTING is the best Measure that CURING a Disease".

So, people please put more concern on our health.

Please expose urself more to health-related articles or news. Get the basic, 'humane' and informative articles which will tells u a lot about health condition and all. Don't be too lazy to read ok?

Besides that, please also do frequent medical check-ups. At least, for 1-2 times a year? Especially if Ur family have history of these diseases. Because somehow it can also be inheritable, and being a family put U at high risk of developing it as well. So DO GO For MEDICAL Check-ups ok? ^_^

Also always practice a healthy lifestyle and live in healthy environment! :)

Education? ;)

Teringat saya di masa lalu. Semasa my family, my cousin’s family and I attend some kind of family gathering. Honestly, we didn’t know many people that time. So, we randomly chat la. Then I still remember me and my cousin plus my brother we was sitting at a table dengan uncle, aunty yang tidak dikenali.

Dan tersebutlah alkisah bahawa orang-orang yang sat on the same table with us are actually teachers la, but they are teaching at different schools. So, erm we all kanak-kanak jelita ni pun ‘di interview’ la by those teachers. Questions like, “Where Do U Study?”, “This school is…. Blahblahblah”. All the crap about which is the best school, the problems they faced with students and all sort of things related to education la. Kononnya.

Then my father came to the table. So, dia pun involved la in the conversation. It’s like fated that the moment he came, the whole table was actually talking about problems with student la. The group of teachers make comments like :

“Students nowadays are so rude. They don’t have manners and don’t have sense of responsibility”, “immature and childish”, “Students are damn bad”, “Students don’t pay attention to class”, “Students this, student that, bla blabla…

Basically it is ALL the usual crap and comments given by those teachers la. All sort of complaint. Honestly, I do understand that the world of education is yet the toughest area there is. It is not easy to become an educationist. It is not easy to educate one person, not easy to convey infos and knowledge and message to someone. But, one teacher has to deal with a great number of students so just imagine the pressure and how huge the burden a teacher actually carried. The job itself should come together with undying passion and love in nurturing and nourish the students with knowledge as well as great deal of thinking and improving their performance in handling daily lives. School is the main place other than home, and one of the most important aspects in a children’s life because this is where they spend most of the time with, where their personality got affected and develops, where they learned things and where they are greatly exposed to many external factors including human of various personality, trends, culture, variety of lifestyle, friendship and everything. 

So, back to the story.  As I was saying, we, on that table *because it’s a community gathering rite*, so we have to er, socialize and talk la cos honestly there’s nothing U can do besides talking and eating. So, just talk la. Hehe.  Anyways, erm yeah my dad came to the scene. So, the teachers plak complaining kan? Erm.. So, here is a little bit of what my dad said to counter back what those teacher commented.

“When U decided to become a teacher, it’s like U are legally guardian and also parents of the students. How U suppose to treat ur children, how U educate them and how U wanted them to be that is how it is. Being a teacher and educationist is not an easy thing. There are lots to it. Its not only about making them to score 100% and lots of As in exam. It’s more than that. There is more to it, ok? U need to fulfill them with knowledge and what is essential to life. To prepare them for future so that when they go out to the outside world, they can handle it. They are ready to face it cos they already have general pictures on what life is and that there are lots of challenges awaits them out there. Education process is also a process of development of thinking and maturity so that they know how to think and consider risk and advantages of what they going to decide and how to make decisions in life.

Saying that they are immature and childish is not good. Saying that they are rude and brainless, stupid or lazy is I think the most stupidest comment ever made because we as adult ourselves also do the same thing. Don’t always blame everything on study. We don’t have to be too strict to the rules and laws, whatever. Everything needs to be flexible. And don’t simply judge somebody’s personality on one thing. We have to actually know them to do that. And saying that they are not concern of their future is a lie as well. Cos they must’ve as well think of it.

And comparing life and achievements and performance of grade A students and Grade B, C students and also making judgement and accusation on students based on the prestige of school or institution is unfair as well. If u taught at prestigious, well-known school where in average the students are the study type and who actually life was ‘designed’ that way, of course la the average achievements is far far far better that when U were teaching at average school where many students are delinquents. It’s very unfair and irrational to make such judgements because that itself will affect ur performance at doing your job as a teacher. And saying them stupid or lazy or whateva, I think we have to blame ourselves as well la. Cos how stupid we are of thinking that cos of obviously, what is school for? Of course la it is for educating and nourishing them with knowledge, to make sure that they receive the essentials and becomes a better person. Nobody is a real smart ok? Nobody is a born-genius. They learn and learn and collect the essentials along the way.”

So, that is what my dad said. U didn’t know how touched and proud I am to my father. Honestly, my father might not be the greatest man alive nor did he a cleverest one, but actually his point of view really is very good! =) I love it and truly amazed and agreed with this.

So yeah after my father said that, those teachers had the BLANK look. And while my dad was talking, he talks in ways to ensure that nobody will interrupt! :D Geeee. If my father were to be on election, I will sure vote for him. And his speech would truly be ONE and the EPIC speech ever given by election candidate! X)

Oh OK. I don’t know why I’m sharing this. And I never wrote this long! *throws confetti* But im soooo proud of this scene. Haha!
